Overview #

The “Offers – All” screen in the ProfiCircle app allows buyers to manage and track offers related to their previously created projects. This user-friendly interface provides essential information about each offer, including project details, supplier names, offer values, creation dates, and expiration dates.

Features and Functionalities #

1. Project Navigation:
   • Users can easily navigate through their list of projects.
   • Each project is associated with a set of offers.
2. Filter Options:
   • Buyers can filter offers based on specific criteria (e.g., project name, supplier, status).
   • This feature streamlines the viewing process.
3. Detailed Information:
   • Clicking on an offer reveals detailed information.
   • Users can view terms, conditions, and attached documents.

Fields Displayed #

1. Project Name:
   • Indicates the name of the project associated with the offer.
2. Supplier:
   • Displays the name of the supplier who made the offer.
3. Value:
   • Represents the monetary value of each offer.
4. Date Created:
   • Indicates when the offer was made.
5. Expiration Date:
   • Displays when the offer will expire.

Actions #

1. View Offer Details:
   • Clicking on an offer opens a modal with additional information.
   • Users can review terms, attachments, and other relevant data.
2. Accept or Decline Offers:
   • Users can take action directly from the “Offers – All” screen.
   • Accept or decline offers based on their preferences.
