Don't store your pallets on the ground.
Equip them with racks.

What are the advantages of having pallet racks?

Improving worker efficiency and labour required to store and retrieve pallets

Did you know that there are 6 main types of pallet racks?

Conventional Pallet Racks

Conventional pallet racking, also known as selective rack, is the most universal system for direct and single access to each pallet. This system is the optimal solution for warehouses with palletised products and a wide variety of SKUs.

Mobile cantilever

The conventional pallet racks are highly adaptive as the shelves can be fitted to any type of product. This racking system is perfect for warehouses with high goods movement and rotation, and it adapts to almost any requirement.

Drive-in Pallet Racks

Drive-in racking is designed for the storage of homogenous products. This system is based on the “‘storage by accumulation principle”, which enables the highest use of available space in terms of both area and height.

Mobile cantilever

Drive-in rack systems eliminate aisles in a warehouse facility because the drive-in system is made for storing high quantities of similar products which use the same entry and exit point for each rack. Since drive-in rack systems are fork-lift accessible, they offer maximum-density storage and product or pallets may be stored in lanes up to six or more positions deep on the rack.

Mobile Pallet racks

Mobile pallet racks are designed to maximize the use of warehouse storage space. This can reduce your pallet storage area in half, or double the capacity of your pallet rack storage in the same floor area. It is an ideal solution if you intend to store large or heavy goods.

Mobile cantilever

The shelving units are installed over guided mobile bases that slide laterally, thus eliminating the need for aisles, which opens-up only when accessed. The operator gives the order to automatically open the unit, either by remote control or manually by flicking a switch. The mobile bases have motors, sliders, and several safety systems to guarantee a safe and efficient operation.

Pallet Shuttle

The Pallet Shuttle system is a semi-automated, high-density storage solution for the handling of goods inside channels similar to a drive-in or pallet-flow setup. Cost-effective and time-saving, it not only allows easy loading and unloading of goods but also removes the need for forklift trucks to enter the aisles.

Mobile cantilever

In the Pallet Shuttle storage system there is a shuttle driven by an electric motor, runs on rails inside the storage channels, replacing forklifts, considerably reducing operating times and enabling items to be grouped by channels rather than complete lanes.

for your equipment and assemble on the day of its arrival?

Live pallet racking

Live Pallet Racking is an ideal system for warehouses of perishable goods, although it can also be used in any industry or distribution business. These racks incorporate roller track sections placed on a sloped lane to allow the pallets to slide over them.

Mobile cantilever

The slope is normally between 2.3 and 3 degrees depending on weights and distances for the flow to take effect. The pallets are put in at the highest part of the rolling section and move by the force of gravity and at a controlled speed towards the other end.

Push back pallet racks

Push-back pallet rack systems are designed around the principle of organizing space by depth rather than width. This depth arrangement greatly reduces aisle space and increases storage density. In this configuration, each bay can be up to four pallets deep; each pallet is stored on wheeled carts that fit onto rails.

Mobile cantilever

The rails are slightly angled toward the load/unload side of the rack in order to take advantage of gravity, saving enormous amounts of energy for moving heavy pallets. Push-back is ideal for storing medium-turnover products, with two or more pallets per SKU (using the Last In First Out (LIFO) system).

Frequently asked questions

What is the quality of the materials?

Proficircle has a network of more than 30 local and international vendors. Among them are producers and dealers who have different quality of the materials and multiple solutions. All buyers who request their equipment on Proficircle can choose between different quality and type of materials of the vendors once the prices are submitted in a comparative table.

Do we get a material and spec sheet from the supplier?

Yes, all buyers can request from each of the vendors spec sheet and further details on the offering. We encourage transparency and allow free communication between buyers and suppliers during the auction and prior to the selection of the winning vendor by the buyer.

Do we get and warranty on the product?

Every supplier offers standard warranty and option to extend it based on buyer’s preferences. This allows each buyer to customize the warranty preference and achieve the best package.

Do you have stock?

Proficircle does not hold stock of any type of materials or storage solutions. Our platform can support and establish a relationship between the vendor and the buyer and allow the buyer to build stock for free with the chosen supplier.

How fast can I get the first price?

In 48 hours the first price will be submitted to you. Depending on the complexity of the project, any of the supplier on Proficircle can quote their price in less than 24 hours but usually it takes 24-48 hours to get the first quotation.

Can I skip the design/layout stage?

We strongly encourage you to not skip this stage. It is of big importance for each buyer to clarify all small details and avoid mistakes upon order placement. In certain projects we can proceed without having the technical layout, but it is in buyer’s hands in case of miscalculation or misplacement of material.
